 Job Description


We have positions available for enthusiastic Marketing representatives to coordinate and lead activities that support our Sales & Marketing efforts in the High Performance Computing field.

There will be ample opportunity to develop your skills and to take initiative. You will have the opportunity to take on a fast growing career path as Marketing Executive in a technical field.


 Responsibilities


  • Serving as project manager for the coordination, writing, editing and production of statements of qualifications, proposals, presentations and other marketing materials, or assist with such efforts
  • Compose narrative for marketing materials such as proposals and collateral using creative and persuasive writing skills
  • Work closely with Sales Management to lead specific Marketing activities
  • Create concepts for and coordinate production of collateral materials (i.e., brochures, direct mail) Support development of marketing and sales strategy
  • Help develop strategy on project- and studio-specific marketing activities
  • Assist in research of target markets and clients as directed
  • Assist in the development of award submittals, database maintenance, and public relations, when needed
  • Gather, format and maintain accurate, up-to-date firm marketing information including employee bios, project descriptions, and other information for marketing purposes


 Skills


Required and Desirable Skills
  • Creative and impeccable English writing ability
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field
  • 2-10 years of experience, preferably in Marketing. (Position title commensurate with level of experience.)
  • Possesses excellent editing, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint. Knowledge of LaTex considered a plus
  • Proactive, resourceful and easily multi-task against deadlines
  • Open minded and willing to learn
